Skilled forward with very hard shot and leadership skills. From 1953 to 1956 member of the famous first formation of HC Kometa Brno:
Bronislav Danda (LW) - Slavomir Barton (C) - Vlastimil Bubnik (RW). From 1956 formed a tandem with Karel Suna (RW/LW). They were accompanied by Rudolf Scheuer (LW) (1956-58 in second formation), Zdenek Navrat (RW) (1958-60 in third formation) and Jaroslav Jirik (LW) (1962-63 in third formation). (Jan Jech)
