Official Games Team Sweden: 133 A, 15 B, 6 J
En tuff back med ett fruktat skott. Tillsamans med broder Christer blev "bröderna Abrahamsson" ett talesätt under 60 och 70-talet. Utsågs till New England Whalers bästa back 75/76 och klubbens populäraste spelare säsongen där på.
Debuterade under Arne Strömbergs ledning i september 1967 i Karl Marx Stadt mot dåvarande Östtyskland. Matchen slutade 2-2 och "Abris" spelade ihop med Per-Arne Hübinette på backplatsen.
Efter den aktiva tiden slutade Thommy helt med ishockey och ägnar nu sin tid till räkfiske i Karlshamn.
