BIRTHYEAR 1972-08-29 BIRTHPLACEHammarö, SWE
AGE 42 NATION Sweden
POSITION RW SHOOTS R
HEIGHT 191 cm / 6'3" WEIGHT 98 kg / 216 lbs
YOUTH TEAM Hammarö HC STATUS Retired
NHL DRAFT 1992 round 10 #222 overall by Calgary Flames

Höglund was known as a big winger who could really shoot the puck. He was hard to move for defensemen. A decent two-way player and skater.
On the downside, he had a tendency to disappear or go cold for long stretches.

Brothers: Henrik Höglund | Bengt Höglund
Cousins: Viktor Bejmo | Emil Bejmo
