Official Games Team Sweden: 4 A, 1 B, 4 J

Grumsforward under flertalet säsonger. Var tillsammans med Göran "Trisse" Sundh ofta aktuell för spel i Tre Kronor.

Debuterade i a-landslaget 11/2 1955 i Ludvika mot Finland. En match som ett b-betonat svenskt landslag vann med 6-3. Segerman spelade i en kedja tillsammans med ytterligare två debutanter, "Berndte" Westerlund och "Lasse" Stenbom, båda från Hammarby.

Gunnar Segerman spelade spelade nästan alla sina matcher i allsvenskan för Grums IK, men säsongen 1957/58 så gjorde han en kortare utflykt till grannklubben IFK Bofors.

Bor i Edsvalla.
