A skilled defenseman that reads the play very well. Solid offensively, as well as defensively. A strong passer and a good skater. He solves tricky situations by using his hockey sense, rather than playing physical. A decent option as the pointman on the powerplay unit. Was considered a top prospect at a younger ager, but injuries had an affect on his development.
