Misha Donskov joined the Dallas Stars in August 2023 after seven years with the Vegas Golden Knights. With Vegas, Misha served as director of hockey operations for his first three years with the club (2016-2019) before moving behind the bench as an assistant coach for four seasons (2019-2023). Misha was one of the first members of the hockey operations department hired in Vegas Golden Knights history. Having joined the club prior to Vegas' expansion draft, Donskov helped construct the Golden Knights roster that made a run to the Stanley Cup Final in its inaugural season. He won a Stanley Cup as an assistant coach with the club in 2023. In addition, Misha was named Special Assistant/Coaching Operations on Jon Coopers 2022 Olympic Coaching Staff for Team Canada. Prior to pursuing a full-time career in hockey, Misha spent six years with Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 global, integrated healthcare solutions company. He held roles of increasing responsibility in finance, sales, and sales management. Misha holds a master's degree in kinesiology with a specialization in coaching education from the University of Western Ontario. He and his family own and operate Donskov Hockey Development in Columbus, Ohio.
