Cult/Star player for Falu IF

Cult/Star player for Malungs IF

En av 70-talets stora tekniker i svensk ishockey. En ishockeybohem som även fick prova på spel i Tre Kronor vid 12 tillfällen och var högaktuell för spel i OS 1972 under Billy Harris ledning.
Kommer ursprungligen från klubben Borlänge/Domnarvets IF. Värvades till Leksands IF av legendadriske ledaren Rune Mases 1966 tillsammans med Stig Andersson. Var nära en övergång till Södertälje SK men tackade nej och blev i stället LIF trogen under hela sin elitseriekarriär. Även Tunabro ville ha Brus namnteckning på ett övergångspapper under deras treåriga sejour i Allsvenskan.
Valde redan vid 29 års ålder att varva ner med spel i Rommehed (Borlänge), Falun, Malung och Ore (Furudal).
Bor i dag i Leksand.
