Boelius’ a mobile, fluid mover who can explode past forecheckers with just a few strides with near-perfect technique. Given his mechanical prowess as a skater, it isn’t a big surprise he’s also a very capable puck handler. Boelius is able to leverage his tools to create value on both sides of the puck. He carries the puck in transition and plays an active style, joining rushes and regularly activating from the point.
