He is technically not a rookie, but Los Angeles Kings defenceman Brandt Clarke is still just 21-years-old and has just 66 career regular season games to his name. He is also having an excellent first full NHL season thus far with 22 points in 41 games while averaging under 17:30 per game in ice time.
