Take Town: Early lessons from the first round

It's pretty obvious that even one bad season of goaltending is going to get you in a lot of trouble.
A lot of the teams who are now looking for new head coaches are doing so in large part because bad goaltending — and in some cases, predictably bad goaltending — sank their teams' records more than any other factor. So my attention on this front turns to the Edmonton Oilers.
Through two games of the first round, both of which they lost, everyone's old buddy Stuart Skinner has an .810 save percentage and I have to tell ya, I don't think the Kings' offense is dynamic enough to justify it.
