Elite Prospects 2025 NHL Prospect Pool Rankings: No. 9-ranked Calgary Flames

For the second straight year, the Calgary Flames land at No. 9 in our prospect pool rankings.
However, this was anything but a stagnant year for the Flames’ system. They graduated Dustin Wolf, who instantly became a No. 1 goalie, while Matt Coronato became one of the team’s top players.
Above all else, this is a prospect pool in flux. Several former top names in the organization, such as Jérémie Poirier and Ilya Solovyov, have failed to take the next step, while former first-rounder and long-time NHL-AHL tweener Jakob Pelletier ended up getting traded.
