Carolina Hurricanes recruit forward MacKenzie MacEachern from St. Louis Blues

MacKenzie MacEachern, 28, of the St. Louis Blues, will now play for the Carolina Hurricanes, according to nhl.com.
MacEachern weighs 205 lbs and is 6'3".
He scored 12 goals and 27 points in 79 games for the Springfield Thunderbirds and the St. Louis Blues last season.
He will reunite with former teammate Jaccob Slavin, who played with MacKenzie MacEachern for the Chicago Steel in the 2012-13 season.
Carolina Hurricanes has already signed Malte Strömwall, Zach Sawchenko, and Ondrej Kase, among others, and now have 22 players under contract for this season.
