Chase Pearson sent to AHL – will play for Grand Rapids Griffins

The Detroit Red Wings have reassigned Chase Pearson to their AHL team, the Grand Rapids Griffins, according to the team's Twitter account.
Pearson weighs 203 lbs and is 6'3". He first played for Atlanta Fire.
The forward scored seven goals in 52 games last year with the the Detroit Red Wings and the Grand Rapids Griffins.
