Daniil Tarasov called up to play for Columbus Blue Jackets

Daniil Tarasov, 23, will leave the farm team and get a shot in the NHL with the Columbus Blue Jackets, according to nhl.com.
Tarasov is 6'5" and weighs 196 lbs. He played on the youth team for Salavat Yulaev Ufa.
Last season in AHL and NHL, the goaltender had a save percentage of .905 over 15 games with the Cleveland Monsters and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
