Former Lethbridge Hurricanes player finds new home: will play in Belarus

Yegor Klavdiyev, 19, of the Lethbridge Hurricanes, is changing teams. He will now play for the Shakhter Soligorsk, according to hockey.by.

Klavdiyev weighs 181 lbs and is 5'11". He played on the youth team for Yunost Minsk.

He scored 22 goals and 50 points in 70 games for the national team and the Lethbridge Hurricanes last season.

He will once again be teammates with Andrei Geraschenko and Pavel Razvadovsky, who he played with on the Dinamo-Molodechno in the 2020-21 season.

Shakhter Soligorsk has already signed Roman Poluvytnov, and Grigori Zheldakov, and now have 23 players under contract for this season.
