Former SKA St. Petersburg player finds new home: will play in Canada

Andrei Kuzmenko, 26, of the SKA St. Petersburg, is changing teams. He will now play for the Vancouver Canucks, according to nhl.com.

Kuzmenko weighs 194 lbs and is 5'11". He first played for Belye Medvedi Moskva.

He scored 20 goals and 53 points in 61 games for the SKA St. Petersburg last season.

Andrei Kuzmenko will once again be playing alongside Vasili Podkolzin. During the 2020-21 season, they both played for the SKA St. Petersburg.

Andrei Kuzmenko is the 1st player to be rostered for Vancouver Canucks before this season. The Vancouver Canucks have added Filip Johansson, Nils Åman, and Linus Karlsson in the past month.
