Former Syracuse Crunch player set to play for Texas Stars

According to the team's homepage, Owen Headrick, 25, of the Syracuse Crunch, is changing teams and will now play for the Texas Stars.

Headrick is 6'0" and weighs 194 lbs.

He spent last season with the Syracuse Crunch and the University of Prince Edward Island, scoring four goals and 15 points in 21 games.

Texas Stars has already signed Justin Ducharme, Ryan Dmowski, and Jordan Kawaguchi, and now have 27 players under contract for this season.
