According to the team's Twitter account, Hunter Shepard, 26, of the Hershey Bears, will now play for the South Carolina Stingrays.
Shepard weighs 209 lbs and is 6'1".
Last season in AHL and ECHL, the goaltender had a save percentage of .915 over 19 games with the Hershey Bears and the South Carolina Stingrays.
The South Carolina Stingrays have added Cam Strong in the past month.
