Harrison Ballard, 18, of the Kingston Frontenacs, will now play for the Soo Greyhounds, according to the team's homepage.
Ballard weighs 181 lbs and is 6'2". He first played for Newmarket MHA.
He scored 14 goals and 28 points in 55 games for the Wellington Dukes last season.
Soo Greyhounds has already signed Matthew Virgilio, Christopher Brown, and Landon Miller, and now have six players under contract for this season.
