Hunter Shepard sent to AHL – will play for Hershey Bears

The Washington Capitals have reassigned Hunter Shepard, 26, to the Hershey Bears, according to the team's Twitter account.
Shepard weighs 209 lbs and is 6'1".
Last season in AHL and ECHL, the goaltender had a save percentage of .909 over 13 games with the Hershey Bears and the South Carolina Stingrays.
