Josh Leivo sent to AHL to play for Springfield Thunderbirds

The St. Louis Blues have reassigned Josh Leivo, 29, to the Springfield Thunderbirds, according to nhl.com.
Leivo is 6'2" and weighs 192 lbs.
He scored 23 goals and 49 points in 79 games for the Carolina Hurricanes and the Chicago Wolves last season.
