Kansas City Mavericks claim Pascal Laberge off waivers

According to the team's Twitter account, Pascal Laberge, 24, of the Coachella Valley Firebirds, is changing teams and will now play for the Kansas City Mavericks.
Laberge weighs 172 lbs and is 6'1". He first played for AHM Lac St-Louis.
He spent last season with the Maine Mariners and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, scoring 18 goals and 40 points in 47 games as a center.
The Kansas City Mavericks have added Michael McHale, Justin Portillo, and Stepan Timofeyev in the past month.
