New York Rangers rumoured to put the forward Ryan Carpenter on waivers

According to the team's Twitter account, the New York Rangers are rumoured to be dropping Ryan Carpenter, 31, who is put on waivers.
Carpenter weighs 201 lbs and is 6'0".
The forward scored three goals in 67 games last year with the the Calgary Flames and the Chicago Blackhawks.
