Toronto Marlies claim Marcus Power off waivers

According to echl.com, Marcus Power, 28, of the Newfoundland Growlers, will now play for the Toronto Marlies.

Power is 6'0" and weighs 185 lbs.

He spent last season with the Newfoundland Growlers and the Toronto Marlies, scoring 11 goals and 31 points in 32 games as a center.

With the Toronto Marlies, he will once again be teammates with Joseph Duszak and Mac Hollowell, who he played with on the Newfoundland Growlers in 2019-20.

Marcus Power is the 34th player to be rostered for Toronto Marlies before this season. The Toronto Marlies have added Nolan Walker, Michael Joyaux, and Andrew D'Agostini, among others in the past month.
