Trois-Rivières Lions claim Philippe Desrosiers off waivers

Philippe Desrosiers, 27, of the Laval Rocket, will now play for the Trois-Rivières Lions, according to the team's Twitter account.
Desrosiers weighs 198 lbs and is 6'1". He played on the youth club for AHM Saint-Hyacinthe.
Last season in AHL and ECHL, the goaltender had a save percentage of .899 over 45 games with the Manitoba Moose and the Trois-Rivières Lions.
He will once again be teammates with James Phelan, who he played with on the Texas Stars in the 2018-19 season.
The Trois-Rivières Lions have added David Richer, Davide Asselin, and William Lavallière, among others in the past month.
