Kent Lindgren Biography and Trivia

Official Games Team Sweden: 1 A, 5 B

Snabb och eldfängd forward som kommer från samma klubb som bland andra Lennart "Tigern" Johansson, det vill säga Heffners/Ortvikens IF.

Division 1-debuterade 1961 för Strömsbro IF men blev redan året därpå värvad till Alfredshems IF (Modo AIK). I Alfredshem sattes han ihop i en kedja med Björn Palmqvist och Henry "Henna" Svensson vilka gjorde stor succé tillsammans.
Alla tre värvades till Djurgården inför säsongen 1965/66 vilket skapade stora skandalrubriker i media.

Kent Lindgren kom även att spela allsvenskt för både Heffeners/Ortvikens IF och Timrå IK efter att han lämnat Djurgården 1967.

Gjorde bara en a-landskamp. Det var mot Kanada 1965 i Örnsköldsvik där Sverige förlorade med 4-5.
