Long, powerful strides and driving crossovers launch Wetsch past opponents. With a step, he takes the puck straight to the net. If not, he fires a blistering in-stride wrister. As play goes back the other way, he hunts down the puck carrier and launches them into the boards. He plays a direct, easily-appreciable style. -EliteProspects 2024 NHL Draft Guide
