Joseph Rodolph 'Ray' Miron was an ice hockey executive and one of the founders of Central Hockey League (CHL). He, his son Monte Miron and Horn Chen owned and operated the league and its founding franchises. He was the President of the CHL from 1992 to 1997.
He and his son sold their stakes in the league and the franchises to Chen in June 19, 1997. He died in August 28, 2015.
