Paul Lapointe

Paul Lapointe was part of a British Columbia based investor group (with Bill Evans, Gary Tipping & Lorne Williams) that bought the Victoria Cougars (WHL) from a Calgary, Alberta, based investor group (Harvey Ghitter, Ab McDonald, Bud Milner, Ed Oueid, Mitch Pechet, Jim Seymour, Jim Shields, Bob Standen & Vic Trudell). The group sold the franchise to Pat Ginnell in the following season.
