Allan Pickard

Allan Wilfred Pickard developed ice hockey in Canadian province of Saskatchewan in both junior and senior levels being involved in the Saskatchewan Amateur Hockey Association and later in the Saskatchewan Senior League. He was also President of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association from 1947 to 1950. Pickard was inducted to the Hockey Hall of Fame in the Builder category in 1958. He passed away on April 7, 1975.
