Angus Campbell, who played for the Cobalt Silver Kings, in 1919 founded the Northern Ontario Hockey Association and later joined the Ontario Hockey Association as an executive. Campbell was inducted to the Hockey Hall of Fame in the Builder category in 1964. He passed away on March 5, 1976.
