Lyman Wood

Lyman Wood, a businessman and a local philanthropist, was a minority owner of the Springfield Falcons. He was part of the original ownership group, known as the Pro Friends, and the next ownership group, Springfield Pro Hockey that acquired the AHL franchise on August 10, 2002. He sold his minority stake when he Falcons Hockey Entertainment, LLC that acquired the franchise on December 21, 2010.
