Carlsson bookended a chaotic night for the Ducks, first opening the scoring at 6:43 of the first on a cross-ice rush feed from Troy Terry, then tying it 4-4 with 1:39 left in the third — pouncing on a bouncing rebound at the top of the left circle with Ville Husso pulled — to force overtime. The two-goal effort couldn't prevent a 5-4 defeat, as John Tavares won it for Toronto with five seconds left in OT.
