Trevor Moore's Overtime Winner Lifts Kings into Wild-Card Position · Apr. 1, 2026

With the Kings desperate for points in the Western Conference playoff race, Moore took the puck from his own zone, outskated Jonatan Berggren down the right side and snapped a wrist shot past Jordan Binnington at 1:56 of overtime for his 11th goal of the season and first career regular-season overtime winner. The 2-1 victory moved Los Angeles into the second wild-card spot, one point ahead of San Jose and Nashville with eight games to play.
