Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt both reached five points in New Jersey's 7-3 demolition of Washington, becoming just the fourth set of Devils teammates to each hit that mark in a single game — joining Elias and Gomez (2003), Broten and Muller (1987), and Morrison and Robert (1980). Hughes has amassed 32 points in just 18 games since returning from the Milan Cortina Olympics, while Bratt has 18 points over his last 11 outings. The two combined on five of the seven Devils goals.
