Receiving a pass from Nick Suzuki off the rush — with Juraj Slafkovsky picking up the secondary — Caufield ripped a wrist shot past Andrei Vasilevskiy blocker side at 6:29 of the second period to reach the milestone on home ice at the Bell Centre. It was a fitting combination: Suzuki and Slafkovsky have been on the ice for much of Caufield's historic 50-goal season, the three linemates forming one of the most dangerous forward trios in the league this year.
