Logan Cooley's late third-period rebound goal gave the Mammoth their first playoff win in franchise history and a 1-1 series split heading home. Ivan Barbashev had tied the game 2-2 just minutes prior with a sharp backhand off a neutral-zone turnover created by Jack Eichel. Dylan Guenther had a goal and an assist for Utah, while this was Vegas's first regulation loss under coach John Tortorella.
