A goaltending duel between Scott Wedgewood and Anton Forsberg kept the game scoreless until Artemi Panarin's power-play goal at 13:04 of the third. Gabriel Landeskog tied it with 3:35 left, converting a slick cross-crease feed from Martin Necas that snuck past Forsberg's right leg. Nicolas Roy then won it 7:44 into overtime on a rebound, pushing Colorado to a commanding 2-0 series lead.
