After a back-and-forth affair that saw Anaheim lead 4-3 heading into the third, Edmonton tied it at 4-4 before Cutter Gauthier scored his second of the night with 4:52 remaining to restore the Ducks' lead for good. Ryan Poehling then added an empty-netter to make it 6-4 final. Three of Anaheim's goals came on the power play as Edmonton went 0-for-4 with the man advantage. The series heads to Honda Center tied at one game apiece.
