Anaheim completed yet another multi-goal comeback — their tenth of the season — to win 4-3 in overtime and take a commanding 3-1 series lead. Edmonton jumped out 2-0 on goals from Kasperi Kapanen and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, but the Ducks answered with power-play goals from Cutter Gauthier and Mikael Granlund to level it. Evan Bouchard struck four seconds into a third-period power play to put the Oilers back in front, but Jeffrey Viel tied it with 6:29 left. In overtime, Ryan Poehling's centering pass deflected off Darnell Nurse's skate and trickled under Tristan Jarry in a controversial finish upheld by review. Lukas Dostal denied McDavid twice late in regulation to keep Anaheim alive.
