Vegas trailed 4-3 late in regulation before Pavel Dorofeyev tied it on a 6-on-5 rebound with 52.7 seconds left — completing the first playoff hat trick of his career and the sixth in franchise history. The game went to double overtime before Brett Howden stole the puck on the penalty kill and wristed home the winner at 5:28 of the second OT, giving the Golden Knights a 5-4 victory and a 3-2 series lead on Utah. Carter Hart stopped 33 of 37 shots.
