After the Golden Knights clawed back from three down to tie it at 3-3, Hertl broke the deadlock 8:21 into the third period — taking the puck on the rush and roofing a backhand from the slot past Scott Wedgewood to hand Vegas the lead for good. The Czech forward has been one of the Knights' most reliable drivers all postseason, and his go-ahead marker pushed Vegas to a commanding 3-0 series lead.
