Two and a half minutes after Stankoven's spark, Mark Jankowski completed the tie at 12:46 of the third. Eric Robinson broke the puck out and William Carrier stayed onside at the line to slide a backhand pass to Jankowski as Jeremy Lauzon fell on him — given just enough space, Jankowski drove a high wrist shot past Carter Hart's glove side to make it 2-2.
