Jack McGlenister's First Shift: Instant Impact with a Goal!
🚨 FIRST SHIFT. FIRST GOAL. 🚨 Jack McGlenister (wearing #18 in blue) wasted no time making an impression in his first inter-squad game with the Woodstock Navy Vets JR B team. On his very first shift, Jack found the back of the net — a great way to announce himself against older players. But the goal was only part of what stood out. Jack is an underage affiliated player AP with the Navy Vets this season, giving him an opportunity to experience Junior B hockey while continuing to develop with his regular team. Jack looked completely comfortable playing with the older group. He fit right in, competed, created offensive opportunities and made a number of high-quality offensive plays throughout the game. The ability to step into a faster, more physical environment and immediately contribute is something worth watching.
