Dallas avenged Tuesday’s loss to Colorado with a 3-2 shootout win in Denver, splitting the back-to-back set. After Gabriel Landeskog’s deflection opened the scoring, Miro Heiskanen tied it and Arttu Hyry put the Stars ahead with a short-handed backhand early in the third. Brock Nelson forced overtime, but Jason Robertson and Roope Hintz scored in the shootout, and Casey DeSmith made 25 saves.
