Meet the Team: The CHL's roster for the 2025 CHL USA Prospects Challenge

It only took about a shift for last year’s inaugural CHL USA Prospects Challenge to live up to the billing. The stars shone, breakouts were had, and the games were intense throughout. 

Now proven to be a marquee event for scouts and fans alike, the event returns for a second year, and this one will carry some additional weight behind it. 

For one, former NTDP star J.P. Hurlbert will be on Team CHL. He was the NTDP’s leading scorer in USHL competition last season, but, instead of returning for his USNTDP U18s year, departed for the WHL, where he’s since become the league’s top scorer. Goaltender Harrison Boettinger, who made last year’s second game competitive against Team CHL, will now suit up against the NTDP, too.
