Recapping the biggest stories of the NCAA weekend.

The first few weeks of the college hockey season have been littered with shocking results.

Colorado College beat highly ranked UConn on the first night of the season. The next week, Penn State, Michigan State, and Western Michigan all lost their home openers, Alaska snuck past Quinnipiac, Air Force tied Denver, Omaha beat Minnesota State, and Colgate tied Boston University.

Then this past weekend, more madness: Augustana swept Arizona State and Lindenwood beat Denver.

Coaches have offered their various theories for these outcomes. It's early, we have a lot of new players we're onboarding, we got goalied, we didn't have it tonight, etc. And by the time March and April rolls around, we might even be looking back at some of these results and laug
