Elite Prospects transaction grades for the 2025 offseason

Hello, my dear friends, and welcome to another edition of the Offseason Transaction Grades here at Elite Prospects.

It's your old friend RL back at it doing what I do best: offering instant and irrefutably perfect grades on almost every transaction between now and the start of the regular season. That's probably around four months worth of takes in easily digestible Grades format. All in one post? Now that's value!

Some ground rules: 1) You'll note that I said "almost" every transaction will be graded. That's because a lot of players will sign, like, two-way deals between the AHL and ECHL. No disrespect to those guys, but this is about the NHL offseason and frankly it's hard to have hard and fast opinions about a few thousand hockey players.
