Number 17 retired by Regina Pats

William Lawrence 'Bill' Hicke was a former Regina Pats player, coach, general manager and owner. He died of cancer on July 18, 2005 at age 67.

The Regina Pats have honoured him by retiring his jersey, #17, which hangs from the rafters at the Brandt Centre.
