Cousins: Cale Makar and Taylor Makar

Lysiak was drafted 2nd overall in 1973 after scoring 154 points and winning a WHL Championship with the Medicine Hat Tigers. He followed up the draft hype with 19 goals and 64 points his rookie year, finishing 2nd in Calder Trophy voting. Tom scored at least 20 goals and 60 points in each of his next 9 seasons, including 3 with 30 goals and 80 points. The 3x All-Star retired in 1986 with 292 goals and 843 points in 919 games.
